Beginners and “I’m not sure if this is going to be my thing people” and everyone else Welcome, my classes are small and inclusive, no legs behind your head or standing on your head…I might talk you to sleep though…

Please bring a small towel and water bottle, all props provided.

All classes are open level, and require no previous yoga experience to attend.

Class Price: 

$15.00 per person

YOGA with Kaye 

I teach a mixture of yoga styles, mostly Vinyasa flow (this is a flowing style).
The class suits beginner to intermediate levels. I show easier forms of a pose and also extensions of a pose for those who want to make their practice a little more challenging but please don’t feel that you need to. Just practise the easier forms if you prefer of if you are a beginner.

It is important to practise at your own pace, within your own limits.
If you have any health concerns please consult your doctor before coming to class, to ensure that it is safe for you to be in class.

 

What to bring to class:

-Yoga mat (not a camping mat) – Amanda will have Mats available so please reserve one if needed.
-Wear clothes that are easy to move in
-Water bottle

If possible, bring these props:

Props are particularly useful to gain easier alignment through the body during your practice.

-A blanket, to use to elevate your hips in seated poses and to cover yourself during relaxation.

-I recommend you buy 2 yoga blocks ($6 each at The Warehouse)

-A yoga strap or a long strap (or man’s tie:-)

-A small Towel

If you have any medical issues or issues with your back or neck, please let us know.
